Kuaida Cross-border E-commerce provides one-stop customs clearance and inspection services for cross-border e-commerce enterprises, e-commerce platform enterprises, overseas transshipment companies, overseas buyers, and overseas trading companies. We offer comprehensive warehousing services for inbound shipments. For overseas platform enterprises, overseas e-commerce enterprises, and overseas purchasing agents, we provide one-stop door-to-door services for export declaration, international transportation, domestic customs clearance, and delivery (commonly known as B2C or B2B2C). For overseas e-commerce or trading companies, we offer overseas bonded warehouses and domestic bonded warehouses. Based on customer orders, we directly distribute goods from overseas bonded warehouses or domestic bonded warehouses to end customers. We are responsible for picking, packaging, labeling, uploading of documents, inventory declaration, and final delivery (commonly known as B2B2C). For domestic e-commerce enterprises, we provide domestic bonded warehouses, overseas warehouses, and cross-border direct mail services. We offer declaration services for 9610, 9710, 9810, and 1210, as well as export tax refund services. We provide services for uploading declarations of orders, waybills, payment orders, and inventory. We also offer import and export declaration services for personal items sent by direct mail and door-to-door luggage consignment services for travelers.
By importing goods through cross-border e-commerce, if the products listed on the positive list do not require the necessary permits such as health quarantine for general trade, it greatly facilitates the import process for enterprises. Kuaida Logistics possesses international express operation qualifications, enabling us to assist clients in uploading orders, waybills, payment orders, and inventory declarations.

「1」The inbound process of the product
a) The customer uploads the pre-entry form from the client operation platform.
b) When the goods arrive at the bonded warehouse, the warehouse personnel operate the [first journey to receive and send], record the arrival of the goods, and take photos of the appearance of the goods, the label of the waybill and the displayed weight figures.
c) Print the "Tally Report", check the item information, and count the quantity of the goods. Then use the PDA handheld device to operate the [Order Receiving].
d) After the items are verified, place the goods on the cargo shelf. Then use the PDA handheld device to operate the scanning, and bind the inbound items to the shelf number.
「2」The outbound process of the product
a) The warehousing system receives the order data of the e-commerce platform.
b) The customer service staff reviews the order data and then makes the customs declaration.
c) The warehouse staff will release the order, pick and load the goods, and print the express delivery label.
d) Warehouse pickers use PDA handheld equipment for picking, distribution, inspection, and cargo packaging.
e) The warehouse personnel will hand over the goods to be inspected by the customs to the customs, wait for the customs to pass the review, take the goods back to the warehouse, review and mark the list, release the order, and ship the goods out of the warehouse. If the order data does not pass the review of the customs, we will return the goods for processing.
f) If the customs does not require the order data to be inspected, we will directly review and label, release the order, and ship it out of the warehouse.
g) Warehouse delivery personnel use PDA handheld equipment to carry out [order delivery]
「3」Bonded stocking process
「Question - 1」:How to determine if the goods on overseas duty-free shopping platforms are authentic and not counterfeit?
「Answer」:Genuine cross-border imported goods should fully comply with the inspection and quarantine standards of the importing country and match the products consumed by local residents.
Kuaida strictly controls the following points in the procurement channels to ensure product quality:
a) The product is sold in local markets. Identification method: Use the product barcode to search on Google to see if the product is sold in local markets. If not, refrain from purchasing.
b) Check the Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) on the GS1 website of the importing country. Use your product barcode to check if the product is registered, and obtain information about its origin, composition, and appearance. This ensures that the purchased product is manufactured by a genuine company and can be traced back to the production enterprise if any issues arise.
c) Use nationally endorsed mini-programs such as the "Single Window" or customs data query platforms to ensure that the goods pass through customs supervision, thus ensuring traceability of the channel.

「Answer」:If there is no inspection after picking up the goods abroad, they can be delivered to the final customer within 4 working days.
「Question - 3」:How much is the import tax for cross-border e-commerce?
「Answer」:Cross-border e-commerce import tariffs are zero; consumption tax and value-added tax are discounted by 30%. Except for alcoholic beverages and high-end cosmetics, the consumption tax is zero. Therefore, the tax rate for most goods is 9.1% of the selling price.
「Question - 4」:What goods can be imported through cross-border e-commerce?
「Answer」:All goods on the list of cross-border e-commerce retail imported goods can be imported.
「Question - 5」:What are the requirements for cross-border e-commerce imported goods?
「Answer」:They cannot be resold, meaning the recipient must be the final consumer; there should be reasonable personal consumption, with each order not exceeding RMB 5,000.
For indivisible goods, if the value exceeds RMB 5,000 but does not exceed RMB 26,000, they are subject to general trade taxation upon import. It is illegal to use a third party's ID card for cross-border imports. Each citizen has an annual cross-border import quota of RMB 26,000. Misusing someone else's ID card to make purchases without their knowledge is illegal. Underreporting the selling price to evade national taxes is not allowed.

「Answer」:Cross-border e-commerce goods are equivalent to purchasing goods directly from overseas and do not come with invoices issued by tax authorities. Your order serves as the purchase basis and can be used for warranty purposes.
