International Transshipment

Kuaida International Transshipment refers to customers sending goods or checked baggage that are difficult to carry back to their home country through a third party to Kuaida's designated bonded warehouse, or customers themselves delivering goods or checked baggage to Kuaida's bonded warehouse. Kuaida then transports the goods or checked baggage to the customer's specified destination address in another country via international shipping or cross-border e-commerce, as per the customer's order requirements. Additionally, Kuaida can provide paid services such as inspection, picking, photography, and packaging.
Kuaida operates multiple transshipment and receiving warehouses both domestically and internationally, facilitating global procurement and shipment for customers. Our fee structure is reasonable and transparent, avoiding arbitrary charges or fee traps. Tariffs for goods listed on the positive list are charged at preferential rates for cross-border e-commerce. Customers typically receive their goods within 7-10 working days. Kuaida is committed to providing high-quality purchasing platforms for customers, making shopping more convenient for them.

「Answer」: Product barcode, product name, product brand, net weight of the product, purchase price (in RMB), sales unit, packaging specifications, product name photo, appearance photo, barcode photo, ingredient photo.

「Question - 4」: What is the transit time for international transshipment?
「Answer」: If there is no inspection, you can receive the goods within 4 to 7 working days.

「Question - 5」: Where can I check the status of my waybill?
「Answer」: You can check the status of your waybill on the Kuaida website www.kuaidaexp.com or on Express 100. You can also log in to your mobile phone for inquiries.

「Question - 6」: 6.Who are the main service targets for international transshipment?
「Answer」:
a): Domestic individual customers: Recipients are overseas, senders are in China. Senders use domestic express delivery within China and international express logistics provided by Kuaida, which is cost-effective and improves efficiency.
b): Domestic and foreign trade customers: Recipients are overseas, senders are in China. Senders have their own foreign trade sales platforms. They send all parcels through domestic express delivery to Kuaida's domestic warehouse, and the international segment uses Kuaida's cost-effective international express logistics, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
c): Overseas purchasing customers: Overseas purchasing customers purchase goods from domestic websites and send them to Kuaida's domestic warehouse through domestic express delivery. After inspection, picking, photography, and repackaging by Kuaida, the goods are sent to customers according to their instructions.
d): Overseas individual customers: Recipients are in China, senders are overseas. Senders use local low-cost express delivery. The international segment from overseas to China uses Kuaida's cost-effective international express logistics, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
e): Overseas domestic trade customers: Recipients are in China, senders are overseas. Senders have their own domestic trade sales platforms. They send all parcels through local express delivery to Kuaida's overseas warehouse, and the international segment uses Kuaida's cost-effective international express logistics, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
f): Domestic purchasing customers: Domestic purchasing customers purchase goods from overseas websites and send them to Kuaida's overseas warehouse through local express delivery. After inspection, picking, photography, and repackaging by Kuaida, the goods are sent to domestic purchasing customers according to their instructions.
g): Overseas customers returning to China: Travelers, in order to reduce the burden of carrying a large amount of luggage and avoid high overweight luggage fees, hand over their luggage to our overseas warehouse. The international segment from overseas to China uses Kuaida's cost-effective international express logistics, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
