b): Domestic and foreign trade customers: Recipients are overseas, senders are in China. Senders have their own foreign trade sales platforms. They send all parcels through domestic express delivery to Kuaida's domestic warehouse, and the international segment uses Kuaida's cost-effective international express logistics, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
c): Overseas purchasing customers: Overseas purchasing customers purchase goods from domestic websites and send them to Kuaida's domestic warehouse through domestic express delivery. After inspection, picking, photography, and repackaging by Kuaida, the goods are sent to customers according to their instructions.

They send all parcels through local express delivery to Kuaida's overseas warehouse, and the international segment uses Kuaida's cost-effective international express logistics, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
f): Domestic purchasing customers: Domestic purchasing customers purchase goods from overseas websites and send them to Kuaida's overseas warehouse through local express delivery.
